When will your plants be sent via Express Post?

Our plants are sent on a Monday. If you order on a Wednesday for example, it will be sent the following Monday.

How are our plants shipped?

Our plants are shipped in their nursery pots as you see in the photos unless stated. 

Marks & Blemishes

Sometimes plants may have blemishes on the foliage. Imperfections won't affect the overall health or future growth of the plant; this is just the nature of plants. The little imperfections plants have adds to their beauty. Perhaps it is the imperfections that make them so perfect!

Size & Shape

Plants ordered may differ slightly as not every plant is the same. They could vary in size, colour, and shape. We try to provide a series of photos to show the different characteristics of the plants when we can.

Please understand that plants are natural and every plant is an individual. It is very natural they have imperfections and not every leaf is 'Instagram perfect'.

Variegation

As with any variegated plant, we cannot guarantee continued variegation.
