How many points do I need to redeem a reward?
Earn Points: Get 5 points for every $1 you spend.
Redeem Rewards:
$5 off: 1000 points (minimum spend $15)
$10 off: 2000 points (minimum spend $20)
$15 off: 3000 points (minimum spend $30)
$20 off: 4000 points (minimum spend $40)
$25 off: 5000 points (minimum spend $50)
Free Shipping: 5000 points (minimum spend $50)
How do I redeem a reward?
1. Log into Your Account:
Ensure you have a Chalet Boutique account and are logged in.
Click HERE to go to the login page.
2. Access the Rewards Panel:
On Mobile Devices: Click the 'Green Star' at the bottom left of the screen.
On Desktop: Click the 'Rewards Tab' at the bottom left of the screen.
3. Choose Your Reward:
In the 'Ways to Redeem' section, select the reward you'd like to redeem based on your available points.
4. Redeem Your Reward:
Click 'Redeem' on your chosen reward.
Your reward voucher will be emailed to you.
5. Use Your Voucher:
Enter your voucher number at checkout when placing your order.
Please note:
- Make sure you're logged into your account to view and redeem your points.
- You won't be able to redeem a reward unless you have enough points in your account.
Can I use loyalty points on discounted or sale items?
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on discounted items or items on sale. This helps us ensure that our loyalty program remains sustainable and fair for everyone.
