By accessing our website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You may not use our website for any unlawful, offensive, or misleading purpose. Chalet Boutique reserves the right to refuse or terminate access or service at any time without notice.

Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Content on our site should not replace professional advice.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship plants across Australia, excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory due to quarantine laws. Orders placed from these states will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct shipping method. If insufficient postage is selected, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference. Orders will not be shipped until full shipping fees are received.
We use Australia Post and trusted local couriers. Australia Post does not offer a fragile parcel service, and Chalet Boutique is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information. All parcels are marked as 'Authority to Leave' unless 'Signature on Delivery' is requested.
Shipping days are Mondays (and occasionally Tuesdays). Orders placed after 5pm Saturday will be sent the following week.

Quarantine Restrictions
It is the customer’s responsibility to know their state’s biosecurity laws. Chalet Boutique is not responsible for confiscated or destroyed goods due to quarantine restrictions. We do not ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to change of mind.
We follow Australian Consumer Law and will offer a refund, replacement, or credit if an item is faulty or not fit for purpose. If your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photos for assessment.
Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect delivery or contact details entered at checkout

• Parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery

• Plants that are damaged or stressed during normal transit

• Plants that have been unpotted, repotted, or altered upon arrival

• Change of mind after purchase
  Refunds requested before dispatch may be approved at our discretion. If granted, a processing fee may be retained. We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or received.

Passwords and Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Chalet Boutique for any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of our website or services.

Intellectual Property
