Quick Shipping Overview
We ship live plants across Australia. All states can be shipped to directly apart from Western Australia and the Northern Territory. These orders need our concierge service because of strict quarantine laws.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. The weekly cut off is 5pm Saturday. Orders placed after this time are shipped the following week.

We ship with Australia Post Express Post and trusted local couriers. Australia Post does not offer a fragile service for live plants. We pack every order with care although handling in transit is outside our control.

Parcels are sent to the exact address entered at checkout. Authority to Leave is the default unless Signature Required is selected at checkout. We cannot assist with delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Different states have different quarantine rules. Please make sure your order complies with your local regulations. Orders that are seized or destroyed by quarantine inspectors cannot be refunded.

Where We Ship
We ship Australia wide.
Western Australia and the Northern Territory require our concierge service. All other states can be shipped to as normal.
We do not ship internationally.

Express Post Shipping Pricing
Shipping is calculated at checkout using Australia Post Express Post rates.
These rates include postage, handling, and the size and weight of your parcel.

Shipping Providers
We use Australia Post Express Post for most postal orders.
Local orders may be delivered by our trusted courier partners.
Every parcel is packed to protect delicate foliage during transit.
Australia Post does not offer a fragile service for parcels. Chalet Boutique is not responsible for damage caused during transport.

Shipping Days and Cut Off Times
We ship live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.
Orders placed before 5pm Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed after 5pm Sunday are shipped the following week.
If the wrong shipping method is selected at checkout or the payment does not cover your location, your order will be held until the correct amount is received.

Transit Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post or our courier partners, responsibility for the order transfers to the shipping provider.
Tracking access is limited due to privacy laws. Chalet Boutique is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels once they are in transit.

Address Accuracy
Your parcel is sent to the address entered at checkout.
We cannot cover delays, lost parcels, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Authority to Leave is standard unless Signature Required is selected.

Quarantine Restrictions
Some plants cannot be shipped to certain states due to biosecurity laws.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and follow their state’s regulations.
Orders that are seized or destroyed by quarantine inspectors cannot be refunded.
