Description

Monstera monkey mask aurea (Semi Rooted) has bright golden variegation across the small fenestrated leaves and a steady early root base forming through the perlite. This plant is clean, stable and already showing signs of active growth. A great option for collectors who enjoy compact, highly variegated Monkey Mask forms.

Semi Rooted. Roots are forming well and holding the plant stable.

Shipping Note
Plants grown in perlite are shipped in their inner containers. The reservoir is emptied before packing to keep the plant secure. Please refill the outer cup with fresh water and your CCS or Foliage Focus mix once it arrives.

Shipping

Live plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after 5pm Sunday will be sent the following week.

We ship to most of Australia via Australia Post Express.

We do not ship live plants to WA or NT due to quarantine laws. Orders from these states will be cancelled and refunded.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Chalet Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or damage once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, shipping damage, or if incorrect details were provided at checkout.

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 2 days with clear photos so we can assess your claim.

Once plants leave our care, Chalet Boutique is not responsible for how they are handled in transit.

Care Guide

Light
Bright filtered light keeps the variegation clear. Avoid harsh direct sun to prevent scorch.

Water
Place the inner pot into an outer cup. Fill the reservoir with fresh water mixed with CCS or a mild Foliage Focus solution. Keep the water level just under the inner pot so the perlite wicks moisture without touching the stem.

Temperature
Warm indoor conditions are ideal. Protect from cold drafts.

Humidity
Moderate to higher humidity supports new growth and thicker roots.

Medium
Perlite in semi hydro. Refresh the reservoir weekly. Flush the perlite every couple of weeks to prevent mineral build up.

Fertiliser
Use Foliage Focus or CCS during active growth. Keep the feed mild while roots continue developing.

Unless stated, plants are shipped in their nursery pots, as shown in the photos.

Minor blemishes or imperfections on foliage are normal and do not affect plant health. Each plant is unique, so size, colour, and shape may vary slightly.

Please choose carefully — some plants may be toxic to people or pets if ingested.
