Shipping Restrictions

Postage on checkout applies to all states and territories within Australia except Western Australia and the Northern Territory for plants. It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct shipping option as costs to each location will vary, and Chalet Boutique will contact the customer if shipping to their specified address has not been covered by the shipping selection made on checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday with a cut-off of 5 pm Saturday. Any order received after this time will be shipped the following week.

Please Note: any completed purchase orders where the incorrect shipment has been selected will not be shipped until the correct amount has been paid and received by Chalet Boutique.

Care Guide

Light: Medium to bright, indirect light. Keep out of direct light.

Water: Hoyas do not like to be wet. Wait until the top few centimetres of soil is dry, then water thoroughly. Don’t let your plant sit in water, or they will rot.

Temperature: 18deg and above.

Humidity: Over 60%

Medium: Aroid Mix- well draining

Fertiliser: Fertiliser doses at half intensity during the growing season.

Please Note

Unless stated, our plants are shipped in their nursery pots, as you see in the photos. Sometimes plants may have blemishes on the foliage, but this won't affect the overall health or future growth of the plant; this is just the nature of plants. Plants ordered may differ as not every plant is the same, and the plant you receive may vary slightly in size, colour, and shape.

Please take care when choosing your plants, as some are poisonous to people and animals. Decorative pots and plants are all sold separately.
