Shipping

Live plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after 5pm Sunday will be sent the following week.

We ship to most of Australia via Australia Post Express.

We do not ship live plants to WA or NT due to quarantine laws. Orders from these states will be cancelled and refunded.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Chalet Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or damage once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, shipping damage, or if incorrect details were provided at checkout.

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 2 days with clear photos so we can assess your claim.

Care Guide

Light
Bright indirect light is ideal. Avoid harsh direct sun to protect the leaves from scorching.

Water
Allow the top few centimetres of mix to dry slightly before watering. Water thoroughly and let the pot drain well to maintain healthy roots.

Temperature
Maintain temperatures between 18 and 26°C. Avoid cold draughts or sudden temperature shifts.

Humidity
Prefers humidity above 60 percent. Higher humidity encourages optimal leaf tone and healthy growth.

Medium
Grow in a chunky aroid mix with good drainage. Use a mix of orchid bark, perlite, peat moss or similar materials that allow airflow around the roots.

Fertiliser
Feed lightly during spring and summer using a balanced foliage fertilizer. Reduce feeding through the cooler months.
