FAQ's

Live plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after 5pm Saturday will be sent the following week.

We ship to most of Australia via Australia Post Express.

We do not ship live plants to WA or NT due to quarantine laws. Orders from these states will be cancelled and refunded.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Chalet Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or damage once your order has been dispatched.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, shipping damage, or if incorrect details were provided at checkout.

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 2 days with clear photos so we can assess your claim.

Once plants leave our care, Chalet Boutique is not responsible for how they are handled in transit.

Light: Broken morning sun and afternoon shade.

Water: The ideal position is in a sheltered spot outdoors or in indirect light indoors. Water in well, keep moist (but not wet) they are drought tolerant.

Temperature: 18deg and above. Keep them away from cold drafts, air conditioning, and heating vents as they’re cold-sensitive.

Humidity: 40- 60%

Medium: Aroid Mix

Fertiliser: Provide an organic fertiliser (and a banana skin under the shield frond) every few months

Unless stated, plants are shipped in their nursery pots, as shown in the photos.

Minor blemishes or imperfections on foliage are normal and do not affect plant health. Each plant is unique, so size, colour, and shape may vary slightly.

Please choose carefully — some plants may be toxic to people or pets if ingested.

Decorative pots and plants are sold separately.
