Cryptanthus Bivittatus 'Earth Star' is a tropical plant in the Bromeliaceae family. Because of their rosette-shaped leaf arrangement and slow growth, they are more commonly known as Earth Stars. Cryptanthus Bivittatus 'Earth Star', like most bromeliads, are mainly grown for their interesting leaves, but they also produce small but beautiful white or pink blooms. However, the plants only bloom once before producing pups and dying. These plants have a three-year life cycle from pup to flowering plant. They are stunning and diverse tropical plant native to Brazil. The Cryptanthus Bivittatus 'Earth Star' is a striking plant with a cross banding of light and dark brown.

Live plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed after 5pm Saturday will be sent the following week.
We ship to most of Australia via Australia Post Express.
We do not ship live plants to WA or NT due to quarantine laws. Orders from these states will be cancelled and refunded.
